Strengthen. Stabilise. Perform.

Clinical Pilates in Homebush & Seven Hills

Pilates at VIBE Health & Performance is clinical, physio-led, and built around how your body actually moves. It’s not a generic mat class in a crowded room — every session is guided by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who understand movement, load, and injury.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, coming back from an injury, or looking to move and perform better, our classes meet you where you are and take you forward.

Getting Started

Two simple steps

1 Book your 1:1 assessment
Start one-on-one with a VIBE clinician. We assess how you move, talk through your goals and history, and map out exactly where to begin. No guesswork. This is the clinical bit that makes everything after it count.
2 Register for your first class
Once we know your starting point, you join a small mat class matched to your level and get moving. Same time each week, real guidance, steady progress.

The Benefits of Pilates

Pilates builds strength you use every day and strength you’ll feel in everything else you do. Done consistently, it delivers:

  • Injury prevention and resilience through stronger, smarter movement patterns.
  • Deep core and stability strength working the muscles that support your spine and posture, not just the ones you see.
  • Better posture and less everyday pain which can undo the effects of sitting, driving, and desk work.
  • Improved mobility and flexibility through controlled, full range of motion.
  • Balance, coordination and body awareness that carry into sport and daily life.
  • Low-impact, joint-friendly training which is challenging without the pounding.

What Makes VIBE Pilates Different

Clinical Pilates is Pilates delivered through a physiotherapy lens. Instead of one fixed routine for the whole room, exercises are selected and adjusted for your body, your history, and your goals.

Our clinicians understand load, progression, and how tissue adapts. That means you’re challenged safely, and every exercise has a reason behind it. We keep classes small and mat-based, so you get real attention rather than a spot at the back of a crowded studio.

Your First Pilates Session

Everyone starts with a one-on-one assessment. Here’s what that involves:

  • Movement screen: We assess how you move, your strength, mobility, and any areas that need attention.
  • History and goals: We talk through your injury history, activity levels, and what you want out of Pilates.
  • Your starting plan: We recommend the right class level and flag the exercises to focus on.
  • Getting started: From there you register for your first class and join the mat.

Assessments typically run 30–45 minutes.

How Pilates Supports Your Other Training

Pilates isn’t the whole workout. It’s can become the base layer that makes the rest of your training even more effective. Whatever you already do, this is the foundation you build on:

  • Running: A stronger, more stable core improves running economy and helps you hold form when you fatigue, which is exactly when injuries happen.
  • Field and court sports: Better control, sharper change of direction, and a body that absorbs load and stays resilient across a full season.
  • Strength training and the gym: Improved positions, better lifts, and less compensating through your back and hips.
  • Everyday strength: Lifting kids, carrying shopping, sitting at a desk all day. Pilates makes the ordinary easier

Athletes at every level use Pilates to build the foundation their sport is built on.

Pilates at Homebush & Seven Hills

We run clinical Pilates at both our Homebush and Seven Hills clinics, led by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists — including Rose Pucciarelli, a physio, EP and clinical Pilates instructor who works with elite athletes.

Classes are kept small so you get proper guidance and steady progression. When delivered by our physiotherapists, sessions may be claimable through your private health extras — ask our team about eligibility. Get in touch for current class times.
